In March of 2025 I had the honor and privilege of completing a mural for York College of PA (@yorkcollegepa) and the Graham Center for Collaborative Innovation (@ycp_gcci).

These photos and videos depict the process of installing the mural, starting by projecting the design onto the wall, tracing with pencil, and then following up with paint. A tedious task, but one that was most satisfying!
The design itself captures the essence of college life at any institution but more specifically, York College, and the multifarious opportunities that exist while enrolled. There is chaos in this design, much like being a college student and the various paths we pursue. However, if you look at the wall as a whole, it all makes sense, fitting together to create one big image.
In this mural you will find new bits and pieces each time you look at it. Similarly, a college education allows for exploration, revealing new truths, passions, and aspirations about yourself and others. Communities such as the Honors Community and the GCCI contribute to this goal by positively contributing to students academic and extracurricular experiences on campus.
This is evident in my experience: my partnership with this program as a student, allowed for this project to come to fruition as a professional. While this remains my most intimidating ask to date, it was by far the most rewarding. Thank you to York College for trusting me to execute this project!
Go check it out on campus in the Humanities building, room 145!
